Volumec pneumatic tapping machines.
Over the years, Volumec has developed two types of pneumatic tapping arms (mod. ET and mod. VT/VTS) which guarantee precision and lightness in every process with a working radius of up to 1900 mm and a maximum threading capacity of M30.
ET
max radius 1280mm, up to M16
Technical features:
- Balanced double articulated arm system entirely made of special aluminum that guarantees fast and precise alignment on the holes, max radius 1280 mm.
- Multidirectional head as standard on all machines which allows threading in any position up to M16
- Positioning magnet for quick spindle alignment.
- Balance and fluidity of movement guaranteed by adjustable gas springs and joints mounted on ball bearings
- Pneumatic motor that does not require additional speed modules
- Possibility of threading blind and through holes thanks to the adjustable clutches
- Filter group with pressure regulator and lubricator
VT/VTS
max radius 1900mm, up to M30
