EASYARM Articulated Arms: an ergonomic solution for every application
Depending on the required working radius, Volumec® has different series of articulated arms that compensate for the weight to be balanced and create the zero gravity effect (EA series), but can be locked in the desired position if necessary (EAB series).

Art. 168 The employer shall adopt the necessary organizational measures and use appropriate means, in particular mechanical equipment, to avoid the need for manual handling of loads by workers. Art. 203 the employer shall draw up and implement a programme of technical or organisational measures aimed at reducing exposure and risks to a minimum, taking into account in particular the following:
a) other working methods requiring less exposure to mechanical vibrations;
b) the choice of suitable work equipment designed in compliance with ergonomic principles and producing, taking into account the work to be carried out, the lowest possible level of vibrations.

Easyarm 1
EasyArm 1 is an articulated aluminum arm designed to support a tool from 1 to 19 kg with a maximum working radius of 810 mm. This articulated arm provides fluidity of movement with a “zero gravity ” effect ensuring rigidity when necessary.
In the EAB variant it can be locked at the height desired by the operator.

Easyarm 2
EasyArm 2 is a 2-joint articulated arm designed to support a tool from 1 to 25 kg with a maximum working radius of 1270 mm. This articulated arm provides maximum ergonomics of movement with a “zero gravity ” effect and at the same time guarantees the right rigidity. In the EAB variant it can be locked at the height desired by the operator. Easyarm Evo2 line is characterised by a special aluminium profile designed to give each articulated arm maximum fluidity of movement. The joints are all integrated into the articulated arm and each single element has been studied in detail and made with CNC machines according to the highest quality standards.

Easyarm 3
EasyArm 3 is a 3-joint articulated arm that offers the greatest working range and a maximum vertical excursion of 1305 mm, made of aeronautical aluminum that guarantees fluidity of movement, keeps the tool in the correct positions and absorbs its torsions.
It has been designed to support tools from 1 to 25 kg while maintaining the weight balanced across the entire work area, providing maximum fluidity of movement with a “zero gravity ” effect and at the same time guaranteeing the right rigidity.
